What was the highlight of Hotel Màgic Pas
Pleasant stay with great location but some improvements needed.
Breakfast, approachable staff, letting us shower and storage our suitcases, great location to ski lifts
Bed/mattress we’re not comfortable and staff at breakfast could be more pleasant when making requests. After we requested to move to a different table because our friends arrived from their room, we witnessed the 3 waiters talking about us. That made us feel uncomfortable specially when it was past 9am and there was just a few other guests.

Very Good
The staff is very nice. good and kind service. The room was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the ski lifts.
The breakfast was good but the same every morning and there was no variety of vegetables. The spa is paid extra despite the high price of the accommodation.
